  Clark's restaurant is supposedly "Closed for Repairs", but I haven't seen anything happening indicating any repairs are going on. I think they might be closed for good.
  
  3/13/2017 Update: Major renovations are going on in the restaurant. There is a large dumpster out back with the old furnishings in it and there is a liquor license application notification posted in the front window that lists "Mex Amigos LLC" as the applicant. So, it looks like the old Clarks Restaurant location will now be a Mexican restaurant. I'll post again when the new restaurant opens.

  I work for a company that travels the US and services Timeshare Owners accounts. We provide them with information on the new changes for the year and any other pertinent information. We meet the owners in a local restaurant and provide them with dinner while we update them on their account. Our corporate office calls and sets up with a restaurant before our arrival, letting them know how many tables we will need and setting up a predetermined menu for our guests. We normally arrive early and have lunch at the restaurant we will be at for the week, we find that it is a good way to payback the restaurant for letting us partner with the for the 3 days and it makes the relationship better with our guests if we can discuss the food with them. On April 5th we arrived at Clark's Restaurant, after finding out the logistics of our stay, where we were to set up etc, we decided to have lunch. After part of our group had ordered off of the lunch menu and our orders were sent in the waitress informed us that because we were in that group we could not order off of the regular menu. Thinking she was confusing us with the guests we clarified that we paid for our own meals. To which she stated she understood but because of our group we could only order what was on the guests menu instead of what their other guests allowed to see the main menu, which included a filet, salmon dish, and chicken marsala, some of their more expensive dishes. We decided to wait until after to eat. On day 2 our new waiter said that if we were to go to the bar area we could order off the regular menu. On the 3rd day we attempted just that and we were informed again that we couldn't order off of the regular menu. Even though we had arrived 2 hrs early in attempt to eat. We asked to speak to the manager and the waitress attempted but told us that he was refusing to speak to us. Never before have I been refused service of that of a normal paying customer. The discrimination that was displayed has for sure impacted our decision to ever come back, not just to Clarks but to the Pittsburgh area again.
