And the employees adjust themselves quickly to any situation good or bad with smiling faces. The restaurant hires disadvantaged employees and thats a wonderfully bright plus to overall view of the place. They take their time with you if your order is wrong. And understand along with sympathize if you are frustrated because of a small mistake.
