  MY WIFE AND I SECOND VISIT WAS ON 12/12/16(WING NIGHT) AND IT WILL BE MY LAST! FIRST VISIT WAS GREAT WITH A NICE FRIENDLY WAITRESS WHO MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND GOT OUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND WINGS WERE COOKED THROUGH AND THROUGH! WINGS WERE GOOD BUT NOT THE BEST I EVER HAD BY A LONGSHOT! OUR SECOND VISIT WAS LOUSY AT BEST! OUR WAITRESS WAS NOT FREE WITH ANY INFO-(WE HAD TO ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS)! OUR ORDER FOR WINGS WAS WRONG AND THE WINGS WERE HALF COOKED!THEN WE WERE CHARGED$5.99 FOR A ORDER OF FRIES! THATS TERRIBLE! WE WERE THE ONLY PATRONS IN THE JOINT SO BEING BUSY WAS NO REASON FOR BAD SERVICE! I WILL NOT RETURN!

  They do not value customer service whatsoever. Was charged full price for half a sandwich and when asked to reduce the price they did not and we got charged $12 for a sandwich the size of a slider. I know this was not the actual size of the sandwich because I had ordered it before and it was 3x the size. It is over priced and overrated. In addition to that the service is slow and the staff is over all rude. I will be sticking to a much better local restaurant which is North Star.
